A NATURAL ENERGY DRINK

Ever have this dilemma: what to drink in the morning? Coffee? Tea? Straight up water? They’re all great – but how about getting a little citrus on the scene?!

This morning tonic is loaded with coconut water for hydration – and fresh orange juice, because our bodies respond so well to citrus first thing in the morning.   1. Place all the ingredients in a Tiger stainless tumbler, stir and enjoy!
  • ½ cup Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ½ cup Coconut water
  • ¼ tsp Ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp Pure maple syrup or honey
  • Ice cubes
