All return requests must be made within 30 calendar days the item is shipped. Please read the following steps for your return request:
- Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the following information in your email:
- Order Number
- Order Date
- Daytime phone number
- Model number
- Quantity of item being returned
- Reason for returning the item
- Once your return request has been reviewed, and if approved, you will receive the RMA number and return label by email.
- Please make sure that the RMA number is on the return label.
- All returned merchandise should be returned in original factory condition and include all packaging materials, cookbooks, manuals, product warranty cards (not filled out), and all accessories.
- Once the item is received and the contents verified, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
This return policy only applies to purchases made on www.tiger-corporation-us.com and excludes parts and/or accessory purchases. For all products purchased in retail location or through a trade partner website, please refer to that seller’s return policy.
