Tiger Return Policy

All return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of purchase.  Please read the following steps for your return request:
  • Please send us an email at support@japantigercorp.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with the following information:
  1. Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Order Date
  4. Address
  5. Daytime phone number
  6. Model number
  7. Quantity of item being returned
  8. Reason for returning the item
  • Once your return request has been reviewed, and if approved, you will receive the RMA number and return label by email.
  • Please make sure that the RMA number is on the return label.
  • All returned merchandise should be returned in original factory condition and include all packaging materials, cookbooks, manuals, product warranty cards (not filled out), and all accessories.
  • Once the item is received and the contents verified, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. Please note original shipping and return shipping costs are not refundable.

Tiger Corporation U.S.A. offers free standard shipping on all orders placed online at https://tiger-corporation-us.com/. Please be advised that we are only offering free shipping within the continental U.S. and products cannot be shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and Saipan. For these areas, please visit our Authorized Online Retailers page for a list of retailers that may offer shipping to your areas.

Note that this offer is only available for finished products listed on https://tiger-corporation-us.com/ and excludes spare parts and/or accessory purchases. For spare parts, please visit https://spare-parts.tiger-corporation.com/ to calculate shipping and taxes applicable for these products.

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days of credit card approval. For any cancellations on orders prior to shipment, please contact our Customer Service at support@japantigercorp.com with the subject line, insert “Order Cancellation” and include your order number.

Your shipping address is checked by our system for security reasons and you may be asked to change your shipping address if your address you enter is not recognized.
