Tiger Return Policy

All return requests must be made within 30 calendar days the item is shipped.  Please read the following steps for your return request:

  • Please send us an email at to request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the following information in your email:
  1. Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Order Date
  4. Address
  5. Daytime phone number
  6. Model number
  7. Quantity of item being returned
  8. Reason for returning the item
  • Once your return request has been reviewed, and if approved, you will receive the RMA number and return label by email.
  • Please make sure that the RMA number is on the return label.
  • All returned merchandise should be returned in original factory condition and include all packaging materials, cookbooks, manuals, product warranty cards (not filled out), and all accessories.
  • Once the item is received and the contents verified, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, minus the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.


This return policy only applies to purchases made on and excludes parts and/or accessory purchases.  For all products purchased in retail location or through a trade partner website, please refer to that seller’s return policy.  For parts and/or accessory returns or for any additional questions or concerns, please contact our customer service at (310) 787-1985.
