  • 2. Onion ………… 1-3/4oz(50g)
  • Condiments (3.~5.)
  • 3. Soy sauce ………… 1 tablespoon
  • 4. Mirin ………… 1 tablespoon
  • 5. Sugar ………… 1 tablespoon
  • 6. Green onion ………… As needed
  • 1. Beef ………… 11-1/3oz(320g)
  • 2. Onion ………… 3-1/2oz(100g)
  • Condiments (3.~5.)
  • 3. Soy sauce ………… 2 tablespoons
  • 4. Mirin ………… 2 tablespoons
  • 5. Sugar ………… 1 tablespoon
  • 6. Green onion ………… As needed

How to make

  1. Slice the beef thinly into bite-sized pieces.
    Slice the onion thinly.
  2. Add 1 with the condiments well in a bowl and place them on the cooking plate.
  1. Put the washed rice and water in the inner pot and set it in the rice cooker.
  2. Insert 2 in the inner pot, select the “Synchro-Cooking” menu, and press the [Start] key.
  3. When cooking is complete, place the cooked rice in a serving bowl, top it off with 2,
    and drizzle stewing stock on top.
    Serve the dish with the green onions on the side.
