  • 1. Rice ………… 0.5cups
  • 2. Chicken stock ………… 500mL
  • 3. White pepper ………… To taste
  • 4. Salt ………… To taste
  • Toppings (5.~ 9.)
  • 5. Chicken breast ………… 1
  • 6. Peanuts(with skin) ………… 1-3/8oz(40g)
  • 7. Fried onions ………… 2/3oz(20g)
  • 8. Green onion ………… For garnish
  • 9. Cilantro ………… For garnish

  • 2. Chicken stock ………… 1000mL
  • 3. White pepper ………… To taste
  • 4. Salt ………… To taste

  • 7. Fried onions ………… 1-1/3oz(40g)
  • 8. Green onion ………… For garnish

How to make

  1. Wash the rice in the inner pot and drain the water.
  2. Add salt and white pepper to 1 and add the chicken stock up to level 1 of
    “Porridge・hard” in the inner pot.
    If the chicken stock does not reach level 1 of “Porridge・hard”,
    add some water( level 0.5 for the 5.5-cup Cooker).
    Mix the ingredients well and insert the inner pot inside the rice cooker.
  3. Select the “Porridge” menu, set the heating time to 60 minutes, and press the [Start] key.
  4. Boil and tear the chicken breast into pieces by hand.
  1. Chop the green onion and cilantro.
  2. When cooking is complete, place the porridge into a serving bowl and top with the toppings.
