3. Fermented black soy beans ………… 1/2 tablespoon
Condiments (4.~ 9.)
4. Corn starch ………… 3/4 tablespoon
5. Soy sauce ………… 1 teaspoon
6. Shaoxing rice wine ………… 1 teaspoon
7. Sesame oil ………… 1 teaspoon
8. Sugar ………… 1/2 teaspoon
9. White pepper ………… To taste
10. Red chili pepper ………… For garnish

How to make
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and soak in the condiments.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Slice the garlic thinly.
Place 1 on the cooking plate and then add the garlic and fermented black soy beans on top.
Put the washed rice and water in the inner pot and set it in the rice cooker.
Insert 3 in the inner pot, select the “Synchro-Cooking” menu, and press the [Start] key.
When cooking is complete, place the cooked rice in a serving bowl and top it with 3.
Top the dish with round sliced red chili pepper.
